RAGS TO RICHES: A Traveling Theatre Troupe for Young Audiences will present "The Gingerbread Boy" on Thursday, December 13, 2012 in the Hayden H. Jones Auditorium at the New Bern-Craven County Public Library. Performances will be held at 5:00 and 7:00 p.m. Free tickets will be available for children of all ages beginning November 29 at the Children's Services Desk.   The Friends of the New Bern-Craven County Public Library and the English Speaking Union present Howard Burnham, British Scholar and Actor, reading selection from Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol on Sunday, December 2, 2012. 

  There will be two performances in the Hayden H. Jones Auditorium of the New Bern-Craven County Public Library (400 Johnson Street, New Bern), one at 2:30 p.m. and one at 6 p.m. 

  Free tickets are required for admission. Tickets may be obtained from the Circulation Desk at the New Bern-Craven County Public Library beginning November 18, 2012.
